How can one keep such steady pricing with such a crazy market.

Also, to adapt to mass changes in value over the markets, how immediate can your prices change?

This market has gone really crazy, I can admit to that. We check the current price every hour, if it hasn't changed between 0.01-0.05 BTC. Then we won't change it. If it's a massive change, we will change it. Some cases we may leave the price, and just refund the excess.
