The question is not "Are small businesses ready to sell for bitcoin/crypto?" because if its just selling that we're going to talk about, selling is easy, the real question is, are small businesses ready to handle the downside and challenges of getting into business involving crypto currency? Because being culture shocked is the least thing that you should do upon entering.
       On the other hand, in our country, there are already small tech-business that accepts bitcoin as payment and is still operating until now.

I think what would be problematic for them would be the fluctuating price, meaning they may not be able to immediately en-cash earnings to pay for expenses, etc.

No there is no problem in using crypto it’s really a reliable way to pay for goods and to sell for anything but in case of high amount exchange yeah people will have to look at the market volatility and also they will have to follow the rules after that in crypto there is no issue so many people use it for business and sell/buy  bitcoins.

I'm simply stating that it can get complicated and not all small businesses can handle it. Say you asked for BTC0.025 today, if the exchange rate drops tomorrow, then you have a problem. Of course if you are pricing in fiat then it's not that big of a problem but you'd still need to have reserve cash for those times when it's just not practical to en-cash the payments you've received.

In my opinion if a person want to sell his business on crypto say bitcoin then i think he must be an experienced crypto user and he must thought about price fluctuation and may be he has already predicted the price that's why he is ready to sell his business on bitcoin, but i think if he is feeling any kind of risk then better he should convert it to fiat.

Hmmm... or maybe collecting bitcoins can be the main goal of the business?  Find a product/service that is cheap enough to sell en masse. Allow bitcoin payments, keep the bitcoins and just try to operate solely on the fiat earnings. Imagine if you've already been accepting payments in BTC 10 years ago.

I don't think so that there will be so much person that are ready ro sell their goods and some services to crypto because as long as their country government is not legalize the crypto then many people will not trust crypto and the people that only trust crypto with their Business is the one who fully understand crypto is. In my mind, small businesses will not be problematic to accept cryptocurrencies, but the main reason that there doesn't that is a restriction from the government side. The government can't control the flow of crypto money, so they can't know all the information about you and your money. Is this make sense for them? Definitely not.
