Blockchain Gaming ideas for my own AltCoin

Hey guys looking for inspiration....

Ive started making some simple games for my own altcoin and local radio station so i built a fruit machine that uses blockcoin as its winning and prizes quick example of this is at - http://radio.blockcoinproject.co.uk/live you get 100 free coins to start you off you can use coins to play the fruits or request songs to played on air.

The basic game was simple 5 fruits, strawberry, apple, orange etc... each fruit has an ID number 1-5 and from that a quick script to check if they have 3 or 4 numbers in a row or the jackpot....


If you have other game ideas i can use for example the next few games being designed are Scratch Cards & Horse Race Bettings...

Looks great, it is actually a great idea to have a dedicated alt for your own gaming website. I guess it will be more convenient. I would suggest going forward with casino style games, like slots, roulette etc..Slots will be really great in my opinion, you can also plan for a multiplayer game that involves lots of micro-transcations between players, like what we see in gaming industry now. There are lots interesting games, shouldn't necesarily be very high end in design/development - like building cities, farms etc..sort of like AOE and all. Good luck with your project.

Idea is not bad at all, I wish you luck with your project. Just you might want to work a bit more on UI as that is what matters to some people. Although I am not sure but to run these kind of games you might have to be legally authorized to do so, depends on the country and state you live in but this is something you want to take into consideration. Specially i you are looking forward to expand in the future, so you don't want to have troubles on that end.

I dont plan on making any profits or anything from the games its all a learning curve and inventing ideas to use the blockchain so the government can call it gambling but its all fun and non profit i cant see them harming me... (hope not)

I am already working on cashing out, user internal transfers a horses game which involves other users taking part together whilst im on air as a DJ/Commentator etc Guvn0r so stay tuned lots of new things getting added each week..


I was wondering how to store users data I.E game play stuff they have saved using only blockchain but i still rely on MYSQL storing a blockchain address to a users cookie or other identifier..

BUT i am working on using lots of multiple addresses in a users account as SWITCHES so a bitcoin address with zero balance is a zero "swords" in the game, 3 coins = 3 swords in the game etc etc... so using blockchain addresses and sending coins back and forward to track counts on your profile game data......

Also on another note a lot of my work is based on PHP and RPC communications and ACCOUNTS turned on on the RPC node..

I see from newer versions of coins accounts and even RPC is becoming old skool and written out already... so even as a learner code is getting old on me as im inventing the games and [Suspicious link removed]ms..

I have to design my own API functions to interact with a blockchain as i go, so when they start making functions written out or obsolete its a pain lol.
