Help with build?

Ok so I need some opinions on my mining build (Only 1 GFX card for the moment) anyone got anything better? Can anything get any cheaper? (really restricted budget  )
 
USB with linux - Free
Sempron - $39
Asrock Mobo - $50
4GB 1333 RAM - $44
1x 7970 or 2x 7850 (Around $300 - 350)
Corsair VS550 - $66

I would imagine that the initial hardware cost is a bigger factor than the pennies you'd save by having a PC that idles at 60W instead of 80W.

Yea, but that's the thing. I need a new computer and even if this doesnt make my money back I still have a built computer that I can upgrade when I want. And at current rates (I will be building in <1 week) I will be earning around $18 a day. This means if I leave it for 3  weeks or so it will be enough to buy a new cpu and ram. and then upgrade more as I go etc. so all in all it will cost me like $450 or so and hopefully I will be able to upgrade it to a point it will be usable xD

If you have a restricted budget it may easier for you to try cloud mining, doesnt require you to have any hardware. Just click in my signature
