While searching for details about the company Hashcore Mining and also Tronix, I have came across these information:

03 Apr 2018   First Gazette notice for voluntary strike-off   View PDF
21 Mar 2018   Application to strike the company off the register   View PDF

The First Gazette notice says:

"The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, at the expiration of 2 months from the above date the name of

TRONIX LIMITED

Will be struck off the register and the company will be dissolved..."

I don't really understand why you would apply to strike off  the company from register and dissolve it, if you are planning to run miner hosting business? Kindly explain..
