This is also where I go to get bitcoin. It is quick and safe.

It depends mainly from your location.
If you are from the US then coinbase is a safe bet i guess.

Bitstamp has mostly positive comments from europeans although it requires id verification but thats the case with almost every exchange out there that deals with fiat.

I've been using Coinbase and Stamp BX without issues. It took a bit longer to get verified on Stamp BX, but I didn't mind the wait.
