.015btc bounty to whoever can help me get my asicminer cubes up and running.

I used dogie's guide and my hashrate never goes up past 4000mhs and drops off slowly to 0. Restart and it does the same thing...

How are you powering them? How many, how many cables, hubs, what brands, etc? We don't have enough information to help.
