The send and view button does not work

Standing version 3.0.5 tried to send some bitcoins, entered the address, put out the commission, press to send and nothing happens. The Preview button does not work. The updated version before 3.1.3 still does not work. When I press the send button, nothing happens. The balance is positive and I exhibit a high commission. Still comes out a mistake. But it just can not be sent.  I installed a purse on another computer, the same thing does not happen.
