Are you an absolute beginner in this? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dnotes/  It has 18$ of volume, meaning that anyone with 100$ could drive the price up a few thousand percents. It happens with all the low volume coins, this one in particular has basically no volume but even <1m volume coins can easily be affected by just 1 person buying or selling.
