Hi, I actually have a similar issue (groupbuy) and hope PM-sending is allowed after 4 hours of reading time.. stupidly I had sent out the transaction already before having signed up and knowing that I cant contact the person immediately..

If you can wait 4 hours, just try to send a message then. So will I do.

Yogi, is there anything as far as when you move up between levels and what is granted at each one.

Take for instance, when can you add an avatar, when is there no wait between posts, and so on.

Not sure, I think avatars may have been temporarily disabled for security reasons.
