I have funds in my alipay account that I wish to transfer to a friend. However, both the web and mobile app does not allow me to make a transfer for more than 200 CNY.

Is there anyway around this? Will reward 0.005btc if you can successfully help to fix this.

应该是验证问题，没验证的帐号，限额很低
这个别人帮不了你，借手机号帮你验证，以后你账户钱少了，你会首先怀疑给你帮忙的人，所以没人愿意做这个。

because your alipay account is not verified ，and that may need  ID card（China） or a phone registered in china. Make sure your account is verified ，and then it will work.
