Backup pool help!

Anyone please be nice and explain to me how to setup backup pool.
I'm using Win xp and I created .bat file with command to mine on eligius pool.
so how to add second pool in to the same command so if eligius fails it can automatically mine on second pool.
I saw command --pool-priority but I don't know how to use it.
also I found this command in BFGminer read me file:
bfgminer -o http://pool1:port -u pool1username -p pool1password -o http://pool2:port -u pool2usernmae -p pool2password

so how to set priority of pools and also add --failover-only option so it jumps to backup pool and jump back to first pool when available.

In bfgminer you press P then A (for Pool Add)

Then you are requested for the URL of the pool, your Username on the pool and your password on the pool.

I'm sure someone else can give you a text line to add to your .bat file too.
