I think it is ethereum that will have the best future. Ethereum will be one altcoin that is likely to beat bitcoin. As we know, ethereum users are already millions of users. Because the quality is ethereum become everyone's favorite altcoin. Many new Altcoin are incorporated with ethereum, they use the ethereum platform in their deals. ETH is the correct answer consider the next update could make the price of ethereum will be doubled because we will get hardcap for the ethereum total supply due to the pos casper network implementation and staking system. This is an old trick used in the past to pretend to ask about good and legitimate cryptocoins and they also include some of their scamcoins in the sentence to make it appear that they are good and legitimate too.

I reckon it was easier to do in the past because the scamcoins during that time were POW mined, had real working code, a network of nodes and a small community. Today they are nothing but tokens generated somewhere.

Just because their values are in the top 5 coins, doesn't mean that their actual market capitalization is in the top 5. The only reason why Maker and Mixin are in there is because of their low circulating supply.

And at the end of the day, comparing coins solely based on their prices and not their market cap doesn't really work.

If you want to know which one of the five will make the most amount of profit in the short term, I would say ETH. Even though I don't like ETH, it seems like people are fomo buying it in the short term once again, and prices will potentially continue to rise. Maker and Mixin have too low of a market cap to generate any sort of huge interest currently. BCH has already had its big run.

I don't think it make sense to put all these projects in the same bracket but BCash that is a fork of BTC. None of them IMO would be the next Bitcoin, I really don't think people understand what Bitcoin stands for. Good some of these projects have sound fundamentals but we all know those driving them and they are prone to developers influence

No way. LTC is the third place in the market. And the telegram will release the most powerful coin. So let Maker or Mixin stand in line, maybe after bitcoin twin. But many people have doubts about bitcoin cash. So suppose bth takes the 5th place in the future.

Out of those 3, Ethereum definitely has the best chance of becoming number 1. I do not ever see it taking that number 1 spot to be honest though. That doesn't mean we can't see some really high prices on ETH in the future though however. I certainly feel like the future is bright for it, I just don't ever see it becoming number 1

just because a bunch of shitcoins are being advertised the most it doesn't mean they are actually good. it means they have more money to advertise and also they have better pumping groups than others.

if any coin has any chance to compete with bitcoin in the same category meaning "being a currency" then it is coins that are not based on blockchain. in my opinion DAG coins have the best chance. coins such as IOTA, NANO and Byteball are 3 good examples.

the rest of them are no more than shitcoins such as ETH, BCH and .... which are only getting more pumps!

My personal prediction for future top 10 is:
1. Bitcoin 2. Ethereum 3. Ripple 4. EOS 5. Cardano 6. Litecoin 7. Stellar 8. IOTA 9. NEO 10. Bitcoin cash.

I definitely agreed to what you said and I don't know why people sometime have the thought that an altcoin will take the place of bitcoin while very other coins are trading against bitcoin. In fact, they are all bitcoin copy cat not to mention a coin that was bitcoin forked.
Nevertheless, I see Ethereum taking a forward step and BCH will soon loose it spot once Gary was unable to manipulate the price.

thats not gonna happen that they will replace bitcoin in #1 spot the reason is simple bitcoin is the king but if i choose the option you given i rather choose eth because eth has lot potencial than the other coin  and im not familiar with maker anf mixin .
