Labcoin has been delisted and trading suspended, so what happens next?
Do we still keep our shares in the system? I m asking this as there is a lawsuit against labcoin and IF any funds from the IPO were to be recovered, it would be good to know who owns what.

Cheers.

NB: PLZ no trolling, this is a public enquiry to Kumala. If you have questions related to this subject, feel free to post.

Also,  why did you let them steal the dividend from shareholders when it was 100% certain they were a scam

I wrote both Kumala and burnside a message on 24 November 2013 and asked about the shareholder list of Labcoin. On the same day I received an answer from burnside and he confirmed that he will keep everything he has. But no answer from Kumala.

I'm really not satisfied with this "absolutely no support" "policy".

P.S.: ...I miss BTCT. Undecided

One would think that CryptoStocks wouldn't want to destroy evidence in case of a criminal investigation. That would look bad.

All information will be held, we keep all data in the database, nothing gets deleted, even if we delist the stock, the share holder structure will remain documented and can be supplied if and when required.

The miner payout address isn't related to Cryptostocks in any way.  Miners payed out to address A under Labcoin's control, then Labcoin sent that BTC to address B at Cryptostocks for div payout.  In the case of that final 40BTC, it never made it to address B at Cryptostocks.  er.. I believe that's the case, I'd have to look at it again but I don't see any value in doing so.

All deposits made to Cryptostocks were always paid out as dividends, thus we are not receiving any funds on the Labcoin account registered with us.

Thanks for your answer.

Actually the last payment from Labcoin's address to Cryptostocks Labcoin account was never paid in dividends (amount: 14.97667974 BTC):

The last paid one was the previous one:

Anyone can crosscheck this in the dividends tabs on Cryptostocks: https://cryptostocks.com/securities/53

Kumala, can you confirm this amount is still there? or at least give such info to LCSH laywer?

Cheers

The issuer of the project had withdrawn the amount of 15.43178600 BTC to address 1D6Vudz9g2sqxYNVcxNaTwZdhS79SHveaj on 18th Nov 2013. The transaction ID is 97f995c06a03c80086d9d8d1370d4ffe44310a62bd9caf6f0830bc6c2f93598c.

The account balance of the security issuer is less than 0.000001 BTC

can you let us know the reason for allowing him to withdraw that given that it was 100% obvious it was a scam by then. i mean 15 coins is nothing compared to the amount alberto stole but still. the more pressure he would have had on him the better.

ok
