In this new article he still brings up mostly illegal and questionable use cases for bitcoin, trying to give himself an image not being completely lacking understanding of bitcoin in the past, but like he knows all about it, but still doubting, and covering his back for the future when bitcoin could go mainstream, so that he could later say that he hadn't completely written it off. Nice try, Joe, but you could do better than that
In short, I am not convinced, he still is on agenda to discredit bitcoin, but this time not by depicting its users as clowns, but now as shady characters. So, just a change of tactics on his part.
towards the end he was talking about how centralized/government backed currencies are better, because its value doesn't fluctuate as much
