Montly Update - November 2014

Dividends

There will be a slight delay in converting the dividend into coins. Most of the crop was converted into cash but we still have half of the crop that is waiting to be distributed. We will have everything converted this week and dividends will be sent out as soon as that is taken care of. Thank you for your patience everyone.

Garden Status

All gardens are running at full capacity and since it is getting colder here up in WA the plants are enjoying the temps in the flowering rooms. All the rooms are dialed in with no temperature, bugs, pest, mold and mildew issues. We are starting to experiment a little bit with new growing techniques as well as nutrients to help increase yield and quality of the flowers. We are also working with an extraction company to convert our flowers into THC vape oils. I will keep everyone posted on this. We will have another harvest upcoming in December so look out for another dividend payment on the 1st of January 2015. Starting 2015, we will have consistent dividend payouts every single month. It is something that we have been trying to do all along but i  think we are finally on schedule and have the rotation perfectly timed for on time and consistent dividend payments. For those of you that have been on the ride since we first started Cannabit, thank you for your patience and support. PM me if you have any questions or if there is anything i can help you out with.

There are only a few ways to increase yield, and nutrients being utilized isnt really one of them. Unless, you are just using garbage knockoff nutrients. If you would like a video consultation, feel free to reach out at contact@mitnow.com. We could of saved your whole first crop. The winter is great for plants, but it can also bring that mold back. So dont be cheap, and try to save a few bucks. You should hire us as consultants, and there will be no other setbacks. Your investors will appreciate that. Check us out at www.mitnow.com we have over 35 years in the business combined. There is a product that you can use around week 6 that will make the buds explode.

WE ALSO OFFER A BITCOIN AUTOMATED TRADING BOT CLASS - Its perfect for a full time grower, set it and forget it

Yes. Your status here, the overall makeup of your website and the fact that you open and aggressively advertise your services in here has a certain stench to it.

Just because I dont spend my days on a bitcoin site doesnt mean I should be taken as scammy. My passion is marijuana, not bitcoin anymore. Bitcoin's been boring for a while honestly. How is my website scammy, first of all? I think all you people are just too damn paranoid for your own good. I saw the first crop was a total loss because of mold, so I am offering my expertise. This guy is obviously an amateur grower, so if hes playing with your money; I would think you would want everything to go as smoothly as possible. You are welcome to come by the school, and visit the bitcoin museum anytime. The address is listed. Check out the Facebook page...I just opened a few days ago.

Scams dont usually get these kind of weekly stats...

Just ask the grower to run down the products he is using, and Ill tell you whether or not I can add value. But I definitely know what can be easily done to increase yield. Im just not sure this grower is experienced enough to handle it.

What a surprise, Cannabit is late with payments again. What's the excuse this time?

@cannabit: Any update on the current status of the farm and on the dividends?

I'm betting some "unforeseen" incident cropped up. If the average small business is run like this then it's not surprising that so many of them go out of business within a few years of opening.

Perhaps the SEC or some other state securities regulator contacted him for failing to file his offering at the appropriate venue.

Say he was a compliant grower in a recreational legal state such as Oregon, Washington, D.C., etc. Would he be violating federal law if he issued and filed securities legally with a state entity and allowed only investors from states which recreational marijuana is legal to invest (assuming they meet the accredited status set forth in such securities laws)?

Would a federal agency have jurisdiction then if said security qualified for the appropriate exemptions to not be registered with the SEC?

I'm shocked this is still around, for sure thought it was a scam awhile back.

What ever happened to that porn or cam site investment that guy was providing huge dividends returns for? Not the klye or other "startup" idea pitches. Did he end up being a scam?

Get sick. Get well.

Of course it did.  Along with his "Appliance Store, legitimate offline business."
