What is the best way to put 1500 euro in to BTC?

I am new to Bitcoin and I wont to buy some BTC (1500 euro)
I read here that there are a lot of scams, what is the best and most trusted way to do it?

You could use localbitcoins, and do small transfers with respected traders. Otherwise you could use an exchange, although  they often require verification before you can use them. You could do trades with members on here also, again make sure they are trusted and use escrow if possible.

maurya gives a good description. Of course you also need to make sure the person doing escrow is trustworthy.

Localbitcoins has in built escrow system, which means the btc the person is selling is put aside for you. I would recommend localbitcoins above all else, just pick someone with some good history and you should be fine.

Don't trust anybody from this forum. Try the services of virvow.com or other websites that sell bitcoins, but don't work directly with people as some of them are real scammers.

Also I would add that you shouldn't trust websites recommended by people on this board either.
Go for the bi ones which thousands of people use.

I would have a look at https://www.bitstamp.net/ , used them myself, transfer was prompt for me with no problems buying BTC.
