I can't seem to upload a new avatar to my profile. Not by linking to an online location, nor by manually uploading from my computer.

Was this system disabled before?

The feature has been disabled due to security purposes. I'm unable to change my avatar as well.

I can't change my avatar to any of the available options, either upload, URL, or one of the predefined versions.

I am stuck with my old one.
