I just found some guys selling porn or referring porn-sites in the corner of Bitcoin Forum...

Is it allowed? If so, I should be more careful. If not~who has the authorities to delete them?

It's fine, AFAIK. The only thing maybe not allowed is posting uncensored porn images directly on the forum.
