How much money do you need to be absolutely satisfied?

I am satisfied with my life, I have a beautiful wife, two cute children and a vehicle. And I am always grateful for what I have. Maybe the future will be better if I have a small house and a rather large vehicle than I now use. I hope so.

I would say enough to spend on shelter, food, and tools of trade for things I like to do. I draw and write, I tinker with electronics. I also want money that I can spend on my boyfriend. If I get family, I need to make enough to support their needs.

In America, where I live, I think I'd be satisfied with $3000 a month. It's not much but it's not bad either.

We all know, that happiness can't be bought with money and life is so much more than that.... BUT It is still so much easier and more comfortable when you have extra money and don't think where to find more every minute of your life. To be very-very satisfied I'll need:
- about $1000.000 to buy an apartment in New-York (love the city)
- about $200.000 to buy a cool BMW and a parking spot
- about $10.000 each year to spend on travelling
- about $4000 each month to spend on living

And that's it, not that much as you can see
