No, the choice of the winner based on the seeds is ok, but you can just change one of the seed (of a player being you) until the result gives a winner that satisfies you. In this case everything will be correct technically, but one of the seed will have been chosen on purpose. It's just "put one seed; try if result would be favorable to you; if not change seed and try again". All this within a microsecond at the last moment.

I am sorry, but I think you got it wrong on the provably fair property for the moment.
I have to admit I don't see a trivial way to make your game provably fair atm, otherwise I'd be happy to provide more feedback.
In the past, I tried myself to design a multiplier game that is provably fair but it is very challenging because of the possibility of shills!

Maybe you didn't get how easy it is to do what I mentioned, because you use the term "mine" which suggests you think it is a computationally difficult task

If there are 8 players at the end of the countdown, you just need to test 8 seeds on average to have the proper player win (this player being you).

This game is not provably fair at the moment. The game is nice nonetheless, but be aware of it, so you don't sell false facts.

BitLucky does not officially reveal anything about any user. However, you can get anonymous information about the seeds. Server seed is hidden until the roll so yes, your seed change the result of the roll.
You just sum the seeds (converting strings to int) and then feed it to the random generator in order to get your lucky number (min=0; max=pot-1)
Then you should sum all users' contribution until you reach the lucky number. (roulette wheel)
I will also provide you with exact functions that determine lucky numbers. Actually, we plan to publish our source code soon.

Currently, BitLucky only informs the winner about the result. This was a result of bad planning, since at first, we wanted to create a totally anonymous lottery. Yet it is obvious that it is necessary to have everyone informed. It will be fixed soon.
However, as I just said, you can get the picture if you observe JSON objects flying around.

Your feedback is very appreciated, will make some small changes accordingly.
About 6-3 users limit, if general expectations agree with 3 users we can let it be so. However, just to know, we always wanted users to be able to multiply their bets as much as they can.

Game log/history:
BitLucky is a very transparent lottery. If you'd like to have a look what is happening, you can have a look to ajax requests and responses (JSON) to see the list of games in detail (winner, prize, final seed etc). So, it is a missing point now which will be included in gui soon.

Good news is we have just enabled all users to see the winner at the end of the game.

PS: there are no errors regarding transactions.

I had another go at it...

There were 3 players already placed their bets, and it said "Waiting for last 1 user". So, I placed my bet. The message changed to "Last minutes to bet. Hurry up!" and "Waiting for last 5 users", and timer did not countdown. What is going on?
(I am using Chrome, if that helps you debug)

The experience here is telling me not to come back, sorry...

I refresh the page and logged in again, still nothing happens...
I waited about 5 minutes, refreshed and log in again, I see the timer counting down from 4:25!

But the digits shift left and right when counting (due to different widths of the font)
and the seconds counter did not fill in a zero when seconds are down to a single digit (eg 4:09, not 4:9)
when it finally reach 0, lots of things flashed around, seem to catch the word "winner" somewhere
and another game started with 1 player.

Did I win? No, my balance hasn't changed...
Should there be a message saying I lost and may be the result of the game with final players/bets?

Then who did win? I scrolled down the "Past Wins" table and found my game (I think)
Shouldn't the "Past Wins" table have the most recent at the top?

During these days of crises, it is even harder to find some time. I did not actually expect to honour lovely attackers so fast So, BitLucky was subject to SQL injection attacks at 16th and lost 0.08 Btcs. However, BitLucky is now greatly improved. I would really appreciate if you check it out again.
