BitLucky is now provably fair and ready for a test ride.

You can act as one of the player, and at the moment of the drawing, choose a seed that makes you the winner.

Please explain how do you think it's currently provably fair?

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's.
This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

We can provide you a consistent method to check seeds and the result, you can even query past rounds. Would that be ok?

No, the choice of the winner based on the seeds is ok, but you can just change one of the seed (of a player being you) until the result gives a winner that satisfies you. In this case everything will be correct technically, but one of the seed will have been chosen on purpose. It's just "put one seed; try if result would be favorable to you; if not change seed and try again". All this within a microsecond at the last moment.

I am sorry, but I think you got it wrong on the provably fair property for the moment.
I have to admit I don't see a trivial way to make your game provably fair atm, otherwise I'd be happy to provide more feedback. Embarrassed
In the past, I tried myself to design a multiplier game that is provably fair but it is very challenging because of the possibility of shills!

I logged in and provided my deposit address. The funds have not been credited to my account yet.

My wallet address / receiving address is 1VgFSbNX5NYkGzLo27sS3FDURV3bp5JD2.
Your balance had(!) been credited.

@binaryFate,
Thanks for the insight. Smiley

I personally think that tendencies are more prominent than proof. E.g. you can walk freely cause people do not tend to kill you (in general) considering the social contract.
So on this matter, for House, it would be unfeasable to computationally mine a seed to comply with all other seeds to generate such a number along with social reactions.

Sent 5 more.

I don't understand the social analogy...
Maybe you didn't get how easy it is to do what I mentioned, because you use the term "mine" which suggests you think it is a computationally difficult task  Huh

I'll make it more clear hopefully:
If there are 8 players at the end of the countdown, you just need to test 8 seeds on average to have the proper player win (this player being you).

This game is not provably fair at the moment. The game is nice nonetheless, but be aware of it, so you don't sell false facts.

I am also planning to unite all bets under 5% so that everyone has significant chance to win. What do you think?

Do you mean if 5 people bet 4% each
you will group 5 of them into a "syndicate player" with 20%
playing against the one with 80%?

What happens if the "syndicate player" wins?
Proportionately split between the 5 players?
