If you arent leveraged its because you think like a peasant

sensational clickbait topic title aside, apparently this is how wealthy people think. Wealthy people are always leveraging other peoples money to do anything. You want to buy a house so you take out a bank loan to own that asset today. The house value might rise, or fall, but imagine if someone told you only an idiot would take on such enormous debt like that. People always be saying only invest what you can afford to lose, or to never borrow to buy crypto, because its basically gambling.

But then you listen to all the real life money makers and they tell you youll be stuck in the middle class forever because you never leverage other peoples resources. You go to work and you get a salary. How do you 10x your monthly income? You sure as heck cant work 10x more hours. So you find a way to leverage other peoples efforts for your own ends. Theres no other way to multiply your own gains without leverage.
