The .com site is back up. We have disabled betting while we make sure everything transferred to the new host correctly. We are waiting on a new SSL certificate, so you may get a warning.

Hi faiza1990. Most withdraws happen in a few minutes. There are certain criteria which trigger a manual review, but this is always for the security and protection of your account and its funds.

We always try to process withdraws as quickly as possible.

Hey Light, the fastest way to get help with a withdraw, is to send a ticket in. We periodically check the forums, but support messages go directly to our support team.

As far as the tennis betting, a bet on the Player A -1.5 Sets, is exactly the same as betting that Player A goes 2-0 in Sets. I hope this makes sense. In the case of best of 5, we typically offer a -2.5 Sets line which is the equivalent of going 3-0.

I'm aware of that, however for some of my bets I wish to specify for example Cilic vs Nishikori 2-1 rather than a simple +1.5 (as you know that 1-2 also wins in the case of +1.5 sets) as they aren't the same and as such I get a different line. The -1.5 and -2.5 are great for straight sets betting, but when I want to be on matches that will go to three and I want to specify the winner of that third there is no such option.

Thanks for the comments. We are working every day to add new features, and exact set betting is already on our roadmap. As for the other bets (including prop bets), this is currently being worked on; and although we don't have an exact date set for when these will be available, you can keep an eye out here for when the new features are announced.
