My name is Dean Nolan, founder and sole developer of https://pocketrocketscasino.com.

Pocket Rockets Casino is a multi Bitcoin casino and poker room that can be played in your browser on PC or mobile device.
The site was started with the aim to make online poker more fun for the casual and recreational player.

PRC was the first Bitcoin poker room to offer Open Face Chinese poker (including Pineapple variant), one of the most popular new games in Vegas and the most played game on the site right now.

I am from the UK and server is based in UK. I also have domain names for .co.uk and eu

PRC is now multi currency allowing people to play for Litecoin, Dogecoin and Catcoin. Since adding Dogecoin traffic has tripled and users almost doubled.

Currently the only other non poker game offered is Black Jack.
The other traditional games are being worked on and will be multi player and have table chat soon.

You can see the official thread in the gambling sub forum here for more details https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220740.0

PRC has over 2000 users signed up. Games run mostly in the evening EST time.

I am a software developer and have been working on it full time since January 2013. The site has been live since April 2013.

I am looking for funding to use on marketing as the biggest problem is low traffic and not many people know of it.

I also still have a lot of development work to do over the next 6 months including more games (casino and poker), p2p sports betting and features.
With investment it would also be possible to offer higher stakes casino games too.

Currently looking for 75 Bitcoin investment for 10%.
I am looking into getting listed on HAVELOCK.

Feel free to ask any questions about the site or me.
You can also pm me or email dean@pocketrocketscasino.com with any offer.

If there is anything I have left off of this type of post let me know and I will add it in.

See that a few people have viewed this but no replies.

Is there things I maybe left out of the original post that should be in?

Thanks.

I currently can't take on any development work as I spend all my time on Pocket Rockets Casino.
Good luck with your next project though.

Also interested in minimum amount of investment, what the investor gets, etc.  This information is quite important imho.

I have made some updates to the original post.

I am currently looking for 75 Bitcoin for 10%.

I am wondering if it would be best to list on https://www.havelockinvestments.com ?

As a professional investor for 20+ years - I'll give you a bit of free advice. You are trying get investor seed money valuation your site at 750 BTC.  How do you get to that valuation?

To have a 750 BTC valuation - you will need professional business plans, show a history of revenue and future revenue that will pay back the seed investor. And the seed investor needs to earn back his investment PLUS profit. And you do not mention of you have a gaming license?

So I would say - back to the drawing board.....

I will add that I have profited 10+ Bitcoin on average a month for the past 5 months.
I have also developed the software 100% on my own.
This is all with little to no advertising and a small player pool. With some extra help now to advertise I believe the site would grow quite a lot.
Pocket Rockets Casino has a lot of unique elements that solve real problems of players but not many people know of it. This is not just a me too website and there are a lot of things planned for it.

First off, I would say well done for developing such a site on your own.
However I think you need to reconsider what you are asking from an investor and what you are willing to give back in return.

I'm not saying this to deter investors away as any investor willing to put in close to £40K worth of bitcoins is just not going to risk such as investment for so little return.

You state that your currently making 10+ Bitcoin per month profit. lets just round figures off and say: £500 per bitcoin = £5,000 a month profit.

So you want 75 Bitcoin x £500 = £37,500 for 10%?

At the current rate of income it would take almost 6 1/2 years just to break even.
Your also valuing your site at 750 Bitcoin, £375,000...

I have purchased and sold many websites in my time and the general rule of thumb to buy / sell a website is 12-18 months x revenue.

£90,000 = 180 BTC (100% Purchase Price)
£9,000 = 18 BTC (10% Purchase Price

At the above figures, you may just find someone looking to invest, however if your making 10 BTC a month, do you really need an investor?
Why not just spend some of your profit in the right places for advertising to help grow the site?

Again please don't take my post as negative, I'm just trying to give you a better insight of figures to put things into perspective, no one is going to wait that long for a return on investment.

Thanks for the replies.
Is it possible a mod could move this or should I start a new thread?

Every time I've seen business valuation done it's been based on 3 years.
I also believe the business will grow rapidly with proper marketing and so put the value a little higher.

I'd recommend making a new post there. The community and investors thrive on numbers and dividends, so the more revenue you can show and the better you can explain the dividend plan, the better your chances of funding are.
