Hello everybody,
I'd like to share my personal experience in this forum and mainly in bounty participation. Hope more experienced members will join and also advise new people in this forum how to act in different situations.

Being a new member everybody wants to try all possible bounties where Newbies could participate...So I signed-up in different bounties. I was trying to follow all the subscription rules, giving all information etc, but I missed one very important thing: I gave wrong URL profile link in most of them. When i figured it out, I was really angry on myself trying to decide what to do, because all my many hours of work for several weeks was up in the air. I decided to ask bounty managers to update my incorrect URL and in all cases it was done. The main recommendation is similar situations is politeness and honesty. Of course your request could be rejected, but taking into account my personal experience polite request with real explanation of the problem solved the issue.

We all need to understand that managers have huge amount of work and they all sick and tired of answering the same questions, replying to stupid questions, updating spreadsheets because somebody like me did a stupid mistake. When I read Telegram and see people asking in some rude way to solve their problem and expecting that it would be solved It makes me angry as well. Therefore if you want your problem solved ask in polite way and try not to push to solve or to give an answer immediately. Put yourself at the place of manager and then you will understand how to ask questions and hot to chat in general.

I'm sure that is not the last mistake I did, so let's share our mistakes in order others learn from them.

How much you can earn is really a hard question to answer. It boils down to the campaign itself at times such as how many % is allocated, tokens sold, number of people doing the bounties and such as most of them is stake based.

And only after the campaign becomes successful, it will take you a while before you get your rewards and the price will only be reflected when it is up on exchange. That is only when you know how much you will be getting.

I agree with you. Honesty and politeness pay. That being said...

"When I read Telegram and see people asking in some rude way to solve their problem and expecting that it would be solved It makes me angry as well. Therefore if you want your problem solved ask in polite way and try not to push to solve or to give an answer immediately" - This normally happens after all other alternatives have failed, including being honest and polite.

Thank you for your guide. It is really informative and well writte. I'm sure it will help many Newbies here beacause the hardest thing in bounty is a good and correct start without gaps in actions. When you know how and what to to than it will turns from frustrative and boring action to interesting and positive hobby or even work:)

I have seen most of newbies usually get 1 issues in (1) doing signature campain and (2) wallet get hacked.

(1) I was once a shitposter lol when I was a total newbie and got temporary ban ( lucky me), then lesson learned, I went to the right place, give the most related and helpful comments.
(2) Never got into this trouble, but once your wallet get hacked, first thing is try to talk to bounty managers asap to change to a new wallet address in a polite way because they are toooo busy to take care of you. Some obviously reject because it's a rule, some will help you to change. So take good care of your wallet.

Thx for your experience. Did you receive any notice from admins prior ban? That is important because newbies make a lot of mistakes and if once they were warned they will learn as well. No need to ban.  And how many shitpost were done Smiley ?

I did, lol. It was 7 days banned and Its was terrible for me. But the good thing was I overcame the situation, thought about it and how should I change to post better quality posts. Some guys get banned not only their acct but also IP, so this seriously every newbie should be aware of.

I would like to give a few words of advice from someone who is part of a Bounty management team. Just follow the rules and if you make a mistake message the admins like previously stated. We will most likely help you quickly. If you complain constantly and expect results in minutes (it does not work that way). Verification takes manual work to prove your account information and/or to verify you are who you claim to be. complaints will only slow this process down as it takes time to answer instead of working. It is common that I receive messages by participants that fail verification by not following some small or simple rule. Read them, write them, save them. Do whatever it takes to follow this one single guideline- Follow the rules!

Also Please remember to save all the information you entered the program with just in case something happens for example, you forget your wallet address you are usually not allowed to change it later. People will try to steal entries this way by getting their wallet address added instead of the actual participants. It is common practice to not allow this on most campaigns.

One more thing, No you cannot receive extra stakes because you are nice. Rules are set in place to promote fairness. rules for participation in every managers program usually have a reason that you may not realize and the only way to guarantee stakes is follow all of them. If you have questions and that are not being answered by the managers move to the next program.

Hope this helps a few people aand feel free to ask me questions. No questions about which airdrops/bounties are managed. Any other questions are okay as long as they are not related to programs ran by us. Also let me know if you think i should create my own topic about this and i will be happy to.

Thank you for your advice. I have question regarding bounties spreadsheets. In many campaigns they are "Freezed" without updates is this a sign that at the end you wouldn't receive any or at laest part of tokes? I mean it is really difficult to calculate all the entries at the end...much more easier to do it weekly and to give participants chance to check and recheck and at last to understand that they follow the rules and their job accepted.

I personally do not freeze any sheets aside from hiding information as you know scammers will steal different entries and combine them into one with their wallet. This is why we don’t freeze we also like to answer questions to help others out because after all if you don’t know your breaking a rule then how can you ensure you are not wasting your time. We update as soon as we get them and it takes up to 2 weeks depending on size. So I can understand not showing the stakes till the end to stop all the questions on why it’s not updated immediately

It can't say exactly. Because it depends on the number of factors like bounty allocation, joined bounty type, Number of friends and followers if you are joined in social media bounty.

It's only for signature bounties. You can join other bounties like social bounties without affecting your rank.

1 out of 3 participants in a bounty program seem to be bots or fakes that is a huge issue and requires some level of protection from the managers and also requires manual verification of every participant as to why they prefer to have higher rank members. Less work. But then it also reduces the effectiveness of the program itself as a marketing tool

Another important thing is the age of your social media accounts. If your account is new (less than 3 months old) so in most cases you couldn't participate in good campaigns. My twitter account was suspended and I created new one, and joined bounty. But in couple of weeks I just mentioned that I have ZERO stakes. And in the spredsheet it was mentioned in front of my link that account is less than 3 months old. So read the rules carefully.
