Mining FTC with cgminer

Good day. I have a little problem.
cgminer does not start on my win7 32bit using radeon 6400 family graphic card. I have installed AMD APP SDK 2.9 and latest Catalyst.
I have only "Starting cgminer 3.1.1" message and that's all.
If start cgminer without any parameters, it's asking pool address, login and password and begin to work, but it didn't accept shares and my worker stays unactive in control panel.
What can you advice for me? Is it possible to mine with my graphic card?

P.S. I know about electricity costs and that is my card's hashrate is low. But I just want to try)
