This guy just released his opinions regarding bitcoin.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqNn5SAjOgg

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions although I clearly don't agree with this guy. What is bothering me so much is that he dismisses bitcoin as a bubble without actually understanding it at all, and then to show examples of bubbles, he shows the US debt ceiling bubble... of all bubbles.

If he had just taken the time to understand bitcoin and the concepts behind it, he would have realized that as the US debt ceiling keeps rising "like a bubble", bitcoin just MIGHT be the solution staring at him in his face.

So sadd....

buy AND exchange more bitcoins people.

It's easier to see bubbles with hindsight.. the "bubble" towards $300 early this year, doesn't look like much of a bubble now.  If the price now drops from $1000 to $300, then goes to $10000, then the $1000 "bubble" won't look like a bubble either, and so on - on the longer term charts they just look like waves in an uptrend.

As long as there is genuine interest and continued demand, the price will continue to rise over the long term, until that interest and demand diminishes.

Dude needs to wash his hair.

Look inside yourself, and you will see that you are the bubble.

Seems fairly obvious he doesn't understand the finite limit to the number of BTC. They can just keep printing USD till they're worth zip. I'm sure the BTC value will see drops, but I'd say the overall trend will be growth until they're all created. After that..., no idea.
