I agree what you wanted to solve here.
But beating linkedin is I believe still far from reality.
They are already established platform and professionals transferring to your platform would be a long way to go.
But anyhow, if you have the guts to make your services available and popular among professionals, it would create the change in perception on how professionals are being evaluated.
