Aack!  How does this work?  The instructions are confusing.  Bids are all over the place.

Its a dutch auction in multiples of 0.25.  Bid what you are willing to pay.  Everyone pays the lowest price when the auction ends. 

Ends 24 hours from OP with 20 min extensions.
