Personally, I like Matrix.ai project, the project is this steedy rise and the team didn't focus on any hype or marketing to drive the price up. I don't know why some exchange need a vote to get it listed on it, on IDEX it is one of the tokens with heightest volume for a long time and as sustain that position

HADAX is actually a decent exchange, linked to Huobi. HADAX is autonomous, meaning it involves users to voice their opinion regarding listing of projects there thats why. and they also list high risk projects which can gain their users most rewards too.
