Let's say that I have 1 coin that I want to sell and the current market price is 500 dollars/coin.
So I initiate the transaction but I assume that the transaction wont complete immediately and will probably pend maybe 1 hour?
My question is, if during the transaction pending, the market price suddenly drops to 250 dollars/coin, Will I receive 500 or 250 for my coin that I can withdraw?

Your talking about Coinbase or any exchange? If exchange, your sell order is filled (completly or partially) when someone buys at your sell price...

Im talking about any exchange.

Also another question;

LTC is now at 30 dollar/.
If i buy LTC for 90 dollars, and while my payment is pending, the LTC rises to 45dollar/each.
Will I have bought 3 or 2 coins? Since my payment wasnt processed when it was at 30dollar/each
