Dear Client! We are currently not able to process financial operation in favor of individuals or companies based in the United States of America. This includes US citizens residing overseas.

Please withdraw funds available on your OKPAY account balance before December 31, 2013.

Feel free to keep your account active - there is no fees associated with it. As soon as the limitation is removed we will announce it in our news and inform our clients accordingly.
