i have sapphire hd5850 extreme x3 in my system with seasonic 850w gold x series

why is it that my hash rate of the third card, always drop to 200+ once in a while and regain back to 350mhash, happens every few minutes or so

only set at core 900/300mhz ram, sapphire trix

only the third card has this problem, is it because its too hot? but its below 80 degrees

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It could be drivers crashing? Try running it while not overclocked and see if it still does that. Also you might want to adjust your settings 900/300 gives me at least 370 megahash and I have the same card as you. I cant remember the specific number though.
