recently we added an account at bitcoinfeedback.com and put the link in our website. So far we proceed more than 30 transactions after adding this new link and didn't received feedback.

We realize that we should probably put an incentive for users to send feedback regarding our escrow.

2) Leave feedback (neutral / negative / positive) with short comment to explain how the transaction with BTCrow goes.
3) Contact us here or by email at info[AT]btcrow.com with the txid of your previous transaction (should be valid in order to get code)
4) We will send you a 20% lifetime discount for your next transactions with us.

Hi, We will need the txid in order to validate your comment to receive the 20% lifetime discount. I understand you don't remember it but can you check in your browser history?

Or an alternative, if you were the buyer, will be to give us the address you sent funds to our escrow service with the product you listed with the address of the seller.

If you were the seller we will need the txid. maybe you still have the url for the transaction in your email or chat log when you get it from the buyer.
