Bitstamp support taking over 3 days to reply (Verify account)

I'm trying to get my account verified for several weeks now, I'm sending support tickets and they take 3 days to answer.
Anyone else with the same problem/delays?

Yep. 4 days inbetween ticket response, verification got denied eventhough I met all standards, they just copy pasted the guidelines in my face and did nothing else. It'll take ages this way and I can't move my BTC or fiat.

It was same for me, waiting for a first response. But second one to same problem was kinda fast.

no just contact them by support and wait for your reply they are taking too much time and pissing customers for there dumb work
