Syncing is stuck at 3 hours. Occasionally it goes to two hours but then goes back to three. I have tried to reindex but that didn't work.
Any suggestions?

Removing the blockchain and then downloading it again might work. It takes lots of time though, and I cannot guarantee success.

I'd rather copying that than waiting for it to sync!  Cheesy Cheesy

Check if you have latest block number in Bitcoin-qt the same as http://blockchain.info/

I've had a problem like this before where it just got stuck syncing, I just restarted the program and let it sync again overnight and it worked fine the next morning. This was on the Mac client (if that matters).
