Really weird issue that just happened.

I'm helping someone run a service that requires a constantly-running Bitcoind. Bitcoind is running, no problem, for days. Just now, I log in, check, and see this error. The accounts feature of Bitcoind has also inexplicably stopped working. Can anybody tell me what happened?
