I have the option of grabbing a Neptune (have a Saturn and two Jupiters).
Wondering if there's any interest of a group-buy on a Neptune (or two?)?  I think it would be great if the group-buy could be localized to New Yorkers so that we can get together and possibly embark on a more ambitious venture then simply paying and collecting BTC... but if there's no interest in a local group-buy I would not be opposed to extending the opportunity to others.

Details of said group-buy are obviously pending interest.

PM or post input!

I'm based in Pelham.
I have a 4.5 TH pool and it is not in a data center; however, I have taken measures to ensure my equipment has a maximum life expectancy.  I've had one piece fail in 2 years (BFL).

I cannot speculate on details until I know what the number of interest is like.  Looks like there is quite a bit of interest based on posts here and PMs I have received.

I'll field interest for a day or two more while I draw up some game-plans for different circumstances.

I am interested.  Keeping this local and face-to-face communication has advantages.

Where in Pelham?? I used to work at Benchmark Education Company on 5th. You know a Bill O'Connor? His dad knew the mayor really well, but I haven't been up there much since I stopped working there.

I registered a channel on freenode, #nycbtcgroup, so at least we have a common place to share stuff.  I'll be in there 24/7, just whisper me for ops when you get on.  If I'm away I'll get it done when I'm back Wink

We can always change the channel name, just figured I'd use that one for now.
