Most of the altcoin prices are affected by bitcoin prices. If seeing the current conditions from the price chart, the market is in a downtrend condition which is likely to occur until the end of the year. So I think in your opinion, it might be too heavy if ethereum can reach the price of $ 15,000.
The chart will normally go through the uptrend process first after the saturation downtrend, while the current Bollinger indicator still shows static (there is no signal to close at 1W time interval).
We better not overconfident too much, because will lead to wrong decision making. Stay patiently waiting while learning price movements consistently.
