Hello,
I have problems with BITPAY payment.
Two days ago I ordered in a shop.
As I did not have enough bitcoins in my wallet, transferred some bitcoins to my wallet in order to send the money.
The transaction was not confirmed yet and I executed the transaction to pay the money to bitpay.
As the transaction to my wallet was not finished the transaction to bitpay could not be done.
I switched off my computer and 24 hours I saw in the blockchain, that the transaction is not available in the blackchain!!!
Can anyone tell me, where the btc has gone?
The transaction window of bitpay is only a few minutes valid. The money was sent about 24 hours after...
I tried to contact online shop support and bitpay support as well.
Bitpay support did not answer yet...
Can anyone tell me what to do to get the bitcoins back?
