It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Do you have a AUP or TOS?

No we do not, just don't be an idiot and host child pornography, or pornography. We will not defend any cases if your site ever contains that.

So, you don't mind if I scan your server and infect it?
Hypothetically speaking of course...

Why would you do that? I don't think I need a TOS since a lot of people shouldn't be stupid enough to do anything of that matter.

Assuming you're in the U.S. with me, though I'm sure other various national and international law will state the same thing:

ToS, EULA and other such docs are intended to EXTEND the protections already afforded under law. Since your scanning and infecting of a system would likely violate any number of already existing laws (Computer Fraud & Abuse Act anyone?) the ToS, EULA etc. need not explicitly state that such things are unacceptable.

Assuming you're in the U.S. with me

Assume not, and realize that one country's fully legal pornography is considered child pornography in the US.

Everyone's just asking for you to protect yourself, really Smiley

Really? Which country exactly is this where explicit sexual images involving children are acceptable?

What a daft, daft thing to say.

In Japan, the legal age before you can have sex is 14. Given consent, a couple could film their experience. Whether it's posted online or not, dunno about that.

Age of consent is a COMPLETELY different legal matter... In fact, try to get your hands on som LEGAL pornography in Japan, let alone one where the people involved are minors.

Not sure about "daft", my examples seem to have been a few years old though. The age where people performing in sexual pictures/movies are considered to be children is [was] however different between jurisdictions.

UK: 16
DK: 15
Netherlands: 16

But these seem to have been raised to 18 recently in all three. The point about different jurisdictions still stands though, you have to remember that morals depend on culture. Someone from a completely different cultural background to yourself won't respond to what you consider "common sense" since the definition of what "common sense" is would be different.
