You need to inform the customer service of the website (exchanges/Blockchain.info etc), they will ask you to follow necessary steps to unlock your 2FA. Hope it helps. Next time use Authy desktop version. You can keep backup in the cloud.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

I am also to use Authy now. It is because, yes it is hard to pretend that your phone will not be lost. That is why I am migrating all my accounts to Authy.

Also, going forward, if you have access to a printer, you can make a print out of the QR code with your key for 2fa. You can also write down the key with pen and paper. Just keep the piece of paper in a safe place to avoid theft.

Even easier, make a screenshot before scanning it with your phone. Copy into paint and print it out Smiley

Did you back up your phone with your google account? If yes, you can try by logging in via gmail, go to sign in & security, next look for signing into google and click 2-step verification(Change Phone).
For new phone: you can check your back up account in your settings to verify if you have click the auto back up my data.
