Looking for a few concepts, or even completed logo for our website and company. I have one already, but I am no artist so I figured I would tap into the massive talent on the forums.

Paying 0.10 BTC reward for the winner, if we feel that it is exceptional we may put out a higher reward. There is no time limit on the contest, but we plan to choose a final design before December ends.

The concept we have been working with is the fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio. Current basic logo is just a nautilus shell with the ratios sketched out and the company name "Fibonacci" integrated into the nautilus shell. But if you have a better way to display the golden ratio, phi, or some other related notion please implement it into the logo. If you have questions about the design or direction or need clarification let me know in a reply or PM here.

Congrats to medUSA

Hi there, sounds like an intricate yet awesome logo to make.

I'm going to have a go at it and hopefully will create a logo that you'll really enjoy.

Thanks

Hi, here's my entry. It's consists of the chambered nautilus in a golden ratio rectangle with the fibonacci wording in a renaissance font. I've gone for an understated, classical, renaissance feel. I think it would look great on business cards, t-shirts etc. I think it looks classy, mature, professional and trustworthy. I hope you like it

Thanks for the submissions so far, tsoPANos you may want to use the ratio to show the pattern.

hmm do you think that my spiral doesn't look like this?
I used inkscape, which has three parameters for the spiral.
a Turns
b Divergence
c Inner Radious
None of which look good with 1.618 number.

If you would prefer something a little bit different and modern...

These are vector, totally scaleable and an infinite amount of colour combinations.

Suggestion: the letter F could have a spiral shape.

Also, the logo could be only a F with that shape.

That one looks nice as well, overall most of these are pretty awesome.

I'm very sorry, but I think that a reward of 0.1 BTC is not enough to attract many of the better designers here on Bitcointalk. 0.10 might be a fair price for a logo, but considering that this is a contest where the risk of doing much work and then not having your design picked is high, most of them, including me, will not be interested.

So if I go on any website like fiverr or another oddball freelance page your telling me I would absolutely pay more than 0.1 btc? Just because you have a opinion does not mean you are right. And if you don't like the pay you get for a job I suggest you do not take the job. This is for fun partially and some cash to the weiner. Lets keep the flame baiting out of the thread.

Here is a simple and elegant idea I have been toying with. It is a golden rectangle with a fibonacci multispiral centered in its largest square. The styling, font, etc depend on what your company's business is (I used a console style font assuming you deal with computers). If you want to send me some info or  talk about more logos:

It's not really your logo if you copy it from somewhere else.  Roll Eyes
