i put in 2 different sell orders a long time ago asking for $15/BTC and $16/BTC, and now with the current rates, that won't be reached for a while so i decided to cancel both the orders. the total sell order in the "reserves" was 6 BTC before i canceled, and after i canceled it, that BTC just disappeared. the "reserves" changed to zero, while the "available" BTC didn't increase at all. where did these 6 BTC go? maybe i'm just impatient, and if i am, then how long until i get back my cancelled BTC? i was just under the assumption cancelling BTC was instant, but i waited over an hour already.

It should be instant. Did you confirm that the orders didn't go through at all? If necessary, download your entire trading history. If you really can't find them anywhere, I'd contact their support immediately.

ya i thought it was instant too... wtf. i took a screenshot of it before the cancellation. of course, i didn't know this was going to happen, so after i saw it disappear, i clicked the "back" button on my browser a few times and took the screenshot.

here is the before and after screenshot of the cancellation. if i did sell it, then the available USD should increase. if i cancelled it, then the available BTC should increase. however, neither increased, only thing happened was reserved BTC when to zero. i downloaded the history, and this cancellation doesn't even exist in there.

edit: NM, everything resolved Cheesy
