Hi guys..

I'm ready to mine and need some help.

There are allot of pools to pick from but I thought I'd ask the experienced crew before I jump in.

Which pool to I pick to get started?
I like ghash.io's detailed view of what's being mined.  Something like that?

PS:  Is ghash.io a pool? Or is it only used for CEX.io?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I can't answer the questions but I did use bitminter and slush and they were both great.  As for a multicoin I have used multipool and it worked great.  The best thing I think is having a responsive owner of the pool because something will ALWAYS go wrong, it's just a matter of you knowing what's going on.  Good luck
