WTF is going on with bitcoin?? What happened to the crazy roller coaster ride where one morning I wake up it went down 30%.... the next morning it goes up 70%, and the next day another 30% increase... it used to feel so awesome. Now BTC is just floating around $1000 even with all the hype and more media coverage than ever. Every morning I look at the charts and get disappointed. Hell I would even prefer it to go down below $1000 lot so I can buy more.
I came in for the high risk / high reward (and i understand BTC's potential), did not expect it to stabilize at $1000/btc. This is boring as f*ck seriously. No I'm not gonna invest in ALT coins.

Can't tell if you are trolling or being serious. The red font makes me think you are serious.

Yes, sometimes bitcoin takes a rest and consolidates. This builds psychological support as well as price history at the new levels, enabling the eventual achievement of new, even higher prices. In other words, if you're here for a quick buck take your money elsewhere for now.

If you want high risk invest in coins like zetacoin and other fucked up scamcoins and hope that some rich fella gonna pump it. I made 10k dollar on zeta coin when in rose 500%. Then I speculated a bit on alt coins but I cashed all my alt coins to bitcoins and a bit of litecoins to be 'safe'. and remember: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HHa3Hak3lA

Some rich investor obviously wants to hold the price above $1000. He can't do that forever and bitcoin should crash downward. Just a matter of time really. $1000 bitcoin is just crazy stupid.

Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Just like the weather - give it time and things will change. Might happen all of a sudden, or may be a few days/weeks of the same. Eventually it will move up/down.

orly? ~12m coins at $1000 is only $12bn so if *everyone* decided to cash out, thats all it would take to keep the price at $1000. When the global economy works in the realm of trillions, it doesn't seem that unreasonable to me.
