This is my other home I am auctioning off http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/19901-Naumann-Ave-Euclid-OH-44119/33624350_zpid/
The starting bid is $52,000 USD
The buy it now is $62,000 USD
Bid in increments of $500 USD
Will accept BTC as payment. The winning bid in USD will be converted to BTC price at the time of sale based on Coinbase sale price.

This house currently has a tenant that pays $800 a month in rent.

Option 1;
Buy this house as investment property and maintain it yourself

Option 2;
Buy this house as an investment property, and I will find you a tenant (rental rates in the area are between $1000-$1200 monthly). I will also throw in 6 months of free maintenance. This means I will handle all service calls, fix anything that comes up, maintain the property (lawn care etc). I will collect your rent and either send it to you in USD or convert it and send it to you in BTC. After six months I will charge you $100 a month to do the above mentioned things.

Auction ends at buy it now price or Sunday December 8, 2013 at 10PM EST
Each valid bid will extend the auction by 5 minutes.
Escrow is available throw John K
Title fees will be paid by me.
I own the property. The property is 100% paid for and free of all loans, debt, etc. Very easy closing.

I will try and get up there to take some better pics. I wanted to post the link because it shows all of the important information.

I'm surprised that no one is willing to take advantage of this opportunity. Especially with all the new bitcoin millionaire's. This is a great chance to own an income property that will pay its self off in 5.5 years. You will have a house with $50,000+ equity and a residual monthly income.

Take a look at what's being auctioned off in the other threads; most are things that are looking at pay offs in months, not years.

I like the idea, though, and wish you all the best. A year ago, I might have bitten. If I had, I would be kicking myself now for trading thousands of Bitcoins for a mere house. If someone bites now, they may be looking back a year from now and wonder why the hell they wasted 50 Bitcoins on a house :-)

I'm still kicking myself for buying a BFL single for 100 bitcoins only to get it a couple months ago and see it only have the potential for 9-12 coins. However clearly I made my fiat back. Investments are just that investments. It is always good to diversify. Having real estate in your portfolio is great.

I think I would need a local agent to do a walk through before making a serious offer.
