Happiness is subjective. The first things that Come To mind when I think of the WORD, happy, are Smiles and Laughing. Simple things Like being with loved ones or accomplishing a goal can bring happiness which is priceless. However, Long term happiness and contentment does correlate with money/wealth. The possession of money may not make people happy, but spending it on things we want and need does make us happy. Having more money leads to more opportunities and nicer things that fulfill our wants. Experiences last a lifetime, and I do believe the more expensive the experience was, the more happiness someone will receive from it. For example, going on a cruise through the Caribbean outmatches hanging out with friends at the local park any day. I would remember the cruise for the rest of my life and maybe remember that time with my friends for another week. Also, without money, people have to worry about supporting themselves, which in most cases, leads to depression. The more money someone has, the more of a safety cushion they have so they don't have to worry about anything. In my Opinion, a life without worry is a happy LIFE. MONEY can buy happiness, and anyone that says otherwise can lend me their cash.
