Last line of the article says "Another web-based service, called UnoCoin, where people buy and sell bitcoins, will be launched in two weeks by Coinmonk, which is pioneering the global conference on bitcoins".
So is the Coinmonk starting the site for us to trade with INR? Any idea what is the meaning of that line?

what does this mean when you say that they are running on a trial basis, but not yet started functioning? Thats like saying that they are live, but not yet live. What I meant was that its not functioning fully. As per them they will be taking two more weeks to start full fledged. Also you would have a better idea on this as you are on their frontpage too .  |
